When you use the Marketwise Skills website or sign up for a course, you agree to these terms. It means you'll use our stuff properly and not for anything illegal or nasty. We're here to help you learn, so please use our resources as intended. Don't go copying our materials or trying to break our site, alright?

Course Sign-Up and Payments

When you enrol in one of our intensive trading courses, you'll need to pay the course fee. We'll tell you all the payment details upfront. Payments need to be made on time. If you sign up, that means you're committing to the course and the fees associated with it. We're fair, but we also expect you to stick to your word.

Our Course Content

All the materials, lessons, and insights we provide during our trading course are for your personal learning. They're put together by our team here in Peterborough. You can't copy, share, or sell these materials to anyone else. They're our hard work, designed to help our students. We expect you to respect that.

Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your spot on a course, let us know as soon as possible. Our refund policy will depend on how much notice you give us before the course starts. We'll explain this clearly when you enquire. Generally, late cancellations mean less (or no) refund, as we've reserved your spot and materials.

Your Trading Results

We teach you real skills, but trading always involves risk. We cannot guarantee any specific results or profits from your trading activities. You are responsible for your own trading decisions and any money you put into the market. Our courses are for education only, not financial advice. Don't invest money you can't afford to lose.

Changes to These Terms

Sometimes we might need to update these terms. If we do, we'll change the 'Last Updated' date on this page. For any big changes, we'll try to let our students know directly. It's a good idea to check back here now and then, just to stay in the loop.
